Welcome to C2Karts

C2Karts our operates this website to help you discover and buy footwear — heels, sandals, flip flops, clogs and kids’ shoes — online. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using C2Karts, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history. When you check out, payment details are processed securely by our payment provider — C2Karts does not store your full card number. We also automatically collect basic technical information (like browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working smoothly and to improve your shopping experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to support requests, and — only if you’ve subscribed — send you newsletters about new footwear arrivals, offers and sales. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share order details with the payment gateway and courier partners strictly to process payment and deliver your footwear order to you. These partners are only given the information they need to complete their part of the transaction, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Data Security

Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to our staff. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your Rights & Contact

You can review or update your account details at any time from your profile, or request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us at c2kartfamilystore@gmail.com. We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible without violating applicable laws or regulations.
